The kitchen manager helped me get my baby's silicon plate and spoon washed well from their kitchen when I asked for that favour. Fatima the lady who makes sure clients are happy did an amazing job. She helped us get a new baby swimming pool floating duck from their inhouse shop since the one we had bought from that shop was letting air out even after various refills. The stuff at this hotel is just so friendly and exceptional. I would definitely return again.
