A lounge with a cable TV and fireplace are provided in each suite at Carleton Lodge. A spa bath offers extra guest comfort. A washing machine and tumble dryer provide added convenience. Select suites feature a balcony with a view of the Village.Was initially a bit worried that check in via Sundial Hotel was going to be complicated but the staff at Sundial were super helpful and impressive. We checked in early and Rachael at the front desk was amazing. She was able to help fix a problem with the snowmobile and ski session I had (badly) planned on the spot. Received a text message when our suite was ready and by the time we came back from our outing in the evening, all our luggages (for 6 people) were all neatly lined up in the suite. While located on the lowest (2nd floor) our suite had a nice view of the peaks and easy access to the gondolas. We enjoyed the convenient location and the super responsive service and didn't really mind the slightly louder noise & music during day time.
