There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms.The staff is amazing, and helped me navigate Segovia, and went so far as to help arrange transportation. I don’t speak Spanish, so this was so helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. If you are coming to Segovia to see San Juan de la Cruz, you will not find a better place that this!!!
