There is also a seating area and a fireplace.The nearest airport is Tobías Bolaños International, 80 km from the chalet, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.I really can’t rate this place high enough! Leopoldo is an excellent host, and the house is just perfect. Easy to cook and prepare food, with decent equipment. It’s very rustic, remote and peaceful. The views of the town are spectacular. The fog/mist/cloud that decent on the place is a sight to behold. I’ve never stayed in a place where you can open the door and walk into fog!! For Breakfast Leopoldo supplied a tray of eggs, a large bunch of bananas, a loaf of bread, melons, apples and a pineapple. perfect for two adults and two kids for five days. The fire place was so nice, it was the perfect place to have one, and thankfully fire wood was supplied by the host. The drive to the house from the main road is rather difficult. You DEFINITELY need to have a 4x4 or at least a AWD vehicle. We had a Suzuki Vitara which was perfect for it, but the clearance was only just enough, as we scraped the underneath once or twice.
