The family-run Hotel Garni Golf is located in the heart of Ascona’s Old Town, just steps away from the promenade and Lake Maggiore. Ascona Bus Station and the ship pier are just a 5-minute walk from the Garni Golf Hotel.The hosts were wonderful- friendly happy and knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious and spotless and everything worked perfectly. The position was magic - just a stone’s throw from the lake promenade. So convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fruit, cheeses, meats, jams , yoghurts bread, croissants etc etc. when we left they even gave us a loaf of their marvellous Ticino bread to take home. A wonderful 4 days!
