Hawksview at Mafeking is a 3-bedroom villa, located in the southern Grampians, between Halls Gap and Dunkeld.The property is set on tranquil farmland with expansive views and abundant wildlife.Facilities include a covered parking, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a laundry, barbecue and a large lounge-dining area with wood-fired heater and TV.Lovely villa in a remote location with stunning views. Very well equipped and thoughtful additions for children and things to do on a rainy day. Very comfy beds nice decor and have I mentioned the view. Roos grazing around the property at dawn and dusk and the little blue wrens were very entertaining. Have to be prepared to be 40 mins from any shops ....but that adds to the feeling of being in amongst the mountains. As soon as I arrived I booked an extra night ....and longer would have been nice....but not possible. Interesting gold mining site at Mafeking worth doing the walk around the area. Very enjoyable.
