Situated in Kami Amakusa and only 49 km from Kumamoto Station, L'isola THE BIRD features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This villa offers accommodation with a terrace. The property is non-smoking and is set 49 km from Minami Kumamoto Station.I can't recommend this place enough!! We rented a car and found this place really easily using google maps - it is still a bit out of the way so I wouldn't recommend using public transport. However the location is worth it! Absolutely breathtaking location with a room view overlooking the sea. It really is the perfect place to witness the sunsets in the evening. The room itself was wonderful with nice modern furnishings. The hosts are some of the nicest and most considerate people you'll meet. Ushi-san and Toshi-san made us feel right at home and we had a wonderful time chatting with them and getting to know them. They gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. We were only there for two nights but in hindsight we wish we'd stayed for much longer and we were really sad to leave. If you go to the Amakusa region I highly recommend you stay here!!
