Comfortably furnished and roomy. One full bathroom, one half bath with laundry machine, no dryer. It is above a Tommyʻs market so getting groceries was very convenient. It is across the street from the beach, about a 3 minute walk. The beach is rocky and has seaweed floating in the water so the water is not clear. They provide beach chairs and an umbrella to use while you are at the beach. It was nice to walk along the beach at sunset and see all the other beachfront properties with rentals too. The host family was very kind and responsive. I think they live nearby so there is always someone who can assist.
