A Georgian farmhouse in the Kildare countryside, Moate Lodge near Athy provides individually designed rooms and a full breakfast menu. This dog-friendly guest house is around 1 hour’s drive from Dublin and offers free parking and Wi-Fi.We unfortunately arrived rather late and the owners were understanding and accommodating.Breakfast was fresh and very well made. The rooms were clean and comfortable.The owners were friendly, welcoming and we had the bonus of having their grandchildren being present who were adorable and eager to show their knowledge of the farm.Overall a wonderful stay.
