We booked a room 45min before arriving and had a warm, friendly welcome and the most stunning room waiting for us. We were exhausted and the room felt like a slice of luxury: fluffy towels, bath robes, enough hooks for jackets, a mini fridge with enough milk for tea (not those tiny tubs!), a cupcake snack and charger points on both sides of the bed. We had drinks in their gorgeous bar where we relaxed with house ale and a selection of fun board games. And when we joined the breakfast room, we indulged in croissants, berries and granola and perfectly poached eggs. Absolutely awesome. Absolutely will stay there again.
