The property is non-smoking and is located 40 km from Lake Jindabyne.excellent location, very friendly staff, nice traditional breakfast, room a bit small but very neat, clean, quite, beautiful view. This place worth more than what I paid. best location in smiggin holes with parking provided. Will come back next year.
